Shipping & Returns


We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your item shipped, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned items. The customer will be responsible for the original outboard freight charges, freight to send the product being returned to us, and the return freight if exchanging an item. The 10% restocking fee will only be waived for returns of product that were received defective or damaged by customer.

Exchange only items

For all orders of New Barefoot Suits or Eagle Products sized XS – XXL and returned within 30 days, we offer a size exchange only, no refund will be given. There will be No Returns or Exchanges allowed on any custom sized or printed products.

To complete your return, please ship your product back to us with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note the 10% restocking fee & any shipping charges we incurred due to return will be deducted from the product refund total.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. All FREE shipping options are shipped via a standard ground shipping which is 6-10 business days. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Our shipping carriers have notified us that they are anticipating longer than normal delays this holiday season, and have suspended their delivery date guarantees. We're passing this information along to help you be prepared. The continued global supply chain shortages, paired with the typical holiday shipping rush has led to increased demands on shipping carriers worldwide. Please plan accordingly when placing any time-sensitive orders during the remainder of this year.

We will do everything possible from our end to help ensure your orders are processed quickly, but we can not control any possible shipping delays after that point. Unfortunately, since our carriers are unable to guarantee delivery dates, we cannot either.
